In general, when ordering in stock sizes, the medium width follows women's sizes and the wide width follows men's sizes (men's shoe sizes are approximately
1 1/2 sizes larger than women's, so if you wear a women's size 9, then you will you will wear a 7 or an 8 in men's).
If you aren't sure of your size, or if you need custom-made shoes, send a tracing of your feet, and measurements of the instep and the ball of each foot.
Trace your foot as follows:
Grab a friend, and have them trace your foot on a piece of paper (or manila folder), holding the pen vertically while tracing all the way around the foot.
If you are ordering sandals with a toe strap, please also mark between the big toe, and the second toe.
Measuring: Have your friend measure the circumference of your foot (preferably in inches) around the instep, and the ball of the foot. It is quite normal for your feet to have different measurements, so it is important to measure and trace both feet.
There will be no refunds or exchanges for custom made items. In stock items, and some made to order items will be considered for exchange on a case by case basis.
